GNU `shar` utilities

GNU shar makes so-called shell archives out of many files, preparing them for transmission by electronic mail services, while unshar helps unpacking shell archives after reception. Other tools help using shar with the electronic mail system, and even allow synchronization of remote directory trees. This is release 4.11.1.
